Náplň práce
Primarily, you will be responsible for the following:
• Responsible for providing the assistance to the CRM application users
• Diagnosing and resolving the users issue
• Support activities include trouble shooting, identifying the root cause and providing solution as appropriate
• Managing and coordination with the rightful business support owner for resolution in a timely manner
• Responding to requests for technical assistance via trouble ticket in IT remedy tool
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adaptable to change

Doplňujúce požiadavky na kandidáta
Candidate must meet following criteria:
• Diploma or Degree in a technical field
• English speaking and writing capability
• Japanese speaking and writing will be advantage
• Related experience and training is an advantage
• Good knowledge about the fundamentals software usage, like Networking, Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal, analytical, problem solving skills
